Mumbai, Aug 5 — Actress Debinna Bonnerjee has shared a glimpse of how her daughters Lianna and Divisha’s skating lessons are teaching them that while falling is inevitable, what matters is getting up again every time.

In an Instagram post, Bonnerjee uploaded a clip of the children falling repeatedly while practising skating. The video was accompanied by the text: “No parents like to watch their children fall but maybe, we shouldn't stop every fall because every time they get up.”

In one moment, little Lianna is seen on the floor saying with a smile, “I am not hurt, I am strong,” showing her determination not to give up. Towards the end of the clip, both Lianna and Divisha skate with greater ease, illustrating the progress that comes from repeated attempts.

“They’re learning that falling isn’t the end… getting up is the habit. Your comments,” Bonnerjee wrote in the caption.

Her social media feed frequently features such personal glimpses of her children. In June she shared photographs from the family’s Jamai Shosthi celebration with husband Gurmeet Choudhary and their two daughters. The images showed the four of them seated on the floor enjoying a meal, dressed in traditional red and white attire.

Captioning the post, she wrote: “Jamai Shosthi at its peak, every single year...From Ma’s lovingly prepared feast for her Jamai to watching our babies understand this tradition, dress up with excitement, and enjoy every bit of it as much as we do.. these are the moments that stay with you.. The best memories are often made around home-cooked meals and family traditions passed down with love...#happyjamaishoshti to all our Bengali fam.”

The skating video offered a simple yet resonant message about building resilience through everyday experiences of falling and rising again.
