According to weather forecasts, Delhi and Gurugram are expected to experience generally cloudy conditions accompanied by light rain. Noida and Ghaziabad may see partly cloudy skies, while Faridabad is likely to remain overcast with intermittent spells of rain and the possibility of thundershowers.
Moderate winds are forecast to prevail across the National Capital Region throughout the day. The extended outlook suggests temperatures will stay largely stable over the weekend before a slight decline in some areas early next week.
In the national capital, the minimum temperature is likely to settle around 30 degrees Celsius, while the maximum is expected to reach 36 degrees Celsius. Conditions are forecast to remain cloudy, with chances of light rainfall in isolated places. Moderate winds should provide some relief from the humidity.
The seven-day outlook indicates that Delhi’s maximum temperature may remain around 36 degrees Celsius from Friday through Monday.
In Noida, the minimum temperature is expected to be around 29 degrees Celsius, with the maximum reaching 35 degrees Celsius under partly cloudy conditions for most of the day.
Ghaziabad is forecast to record a minimum of 28 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 34 degrees Celsius, with partly cloudy skies and warm, humid weather prevailing.
Gurugram is likely to see a minimum of 30 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 36 degrees Celsius. The city is expected to remain largely cloudy, with light rain possible in some areas.
Faridabad is forecast to record temperatures ranging between 29 and 35 degrees Celsius. Cloudy skies accompanied by occasional rain or thundershowers are expected, offering a relatively more comfortable day compared with the recent spell of intense heat.
Overall, the region is set for a subdued, overcast Friday with intermittent light rain and moderate winds tempering the humid conditions.
